Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using Bolpulse operated by TechPulse Commerce, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and Cancellation & Return Policy. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old to register and use our dating service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop accessing our platform immediately.

2. Service Introduction

Bolpulse is an online dating social platform providing a proprietary Swipe Pulse matching system that allows registered users to browse user profiles and initiate one-on-one chat after a mutual right swipe match. Each active chat will deduct specified Credits from your account balance.

3. In-Web Credit Rules

  • 3.1 Bolpulse Credits are virtual in-platform credits, which can only be purchased using Indian Rupees through officially authorized payment channels. Credits are used exclusively to unlock chat and interactive functions on Bolpulse.
  • 3.2 Credits have no cash value outside the Bolpulse platform. Under no circumstances can Credits be withdrawn to bank accounts, exchanged for cash, transferred, assigned, gifted, resold, or traded between user accounts.
  • 3.3 All purchased Credits can only be consumed for official in-platform chat functions. Unused Credits cannot be refunded or converted into any other form of benefits.

4. User Obligations

  • 4.1 You shall submit true, accurate, and complete personal information during registration, and keep your account login credentials confidential. All operations under your account shall be deemed your authorized conduct.
  • 4.2 You must not use Bolpulse for illegal activities, harassment, fraud, obscene speech, commercial solicitation, or any behavior violating Indian laws and public order. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban your account without prior notice once you violate the rules.
  • 4.3 You are solely responsible for all offline communication, meetings, and property disputes arising from online matching and chatting on our platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, interface design, software code, and platform content including the Swipe Pulse brand slogan are the exclusive intellectual property of TechPulse Commerce. No user may copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or commercially use our intellectual property without our written consent.

6. Account Termination & Service Adjustment

We reserve the right to upgrade, suspend, or terminate partial or all platform functions for maintenance, security, and business adjustment. If you violate these terms, we may terminate your account permanently and forfeit all unused Points without any refund obligation.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Patna, Bihar.
