  • 5.2 All monetary transactions are handled securely via certified third-party payment processors. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details.
  • 5.3 Digital credits or virtual items do not represent actual currency and cannot be converted into real-world money.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

TechPulse Commerce may suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in harmful or unlawful behavior
  • Misuse features or attempt unauthorized system access

In such cases, unused memberships or digital credits will not be refunded.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Service interruptions, technical delays, or downtime
  • Issues caused by third-party integrations
  • Losses arising from user negligence or misuse
  • Content uploaded by users, including offensive or harmful materials

While we strive to keep the platform stable and secure, TechPulse Commerce shall not be held responsible for the items listed above.
