Cancellation & Return Policy
1. Core Non-Refund Rule
- All Bolpulse Credits purchased via Indian Rupees are virtual non-refundable platform credits. Once your payment is successfully processed and Points are credited to your user account, no full or partial refund application will be accepted under any personal circumstances.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- 2.1 Refund requests caused by personal reasons including accidental purchase, wrong purchase quantity, unused or partially consumed Credits, dissatisfaction with Swipe Pulse matching effect, low chat frequency are not eligible for approval.
- 2.2 Credits cannot be returned, transferred, gifted, resold or exchanged for cash. Any offline or third-party Point trading behavior is prohibited, and such transactions will not be recognized or protected by us.
- 2.3 If your account is suspended, restricted or permanently banned due to violation of Terms of Use, all remaining unused Points will be automatically forfeited with no refund available.
- 2.4 If you apply for account cancellation, all unused Points in your account will be permanently cleared and forfeited without any cash compensation.
3. Exceptional Refund Conditions
We only approve refund applications under verified technical failure scenarios meeting all the following requirements:
- 3.1 Payment was successfully deducted from your payment method, but the corresponding Credits were never credited to your Bolpulse account due to platform system bug or payment gateway failure.
- 3.2 You must submit your refund application with valid order ID, payment receipt and registered account information to [email protected] within 7 calendar days after the transaction date. Applications exceeding the time limit will not be reviewed.
- 3.3 Large-scale continuous platform service outage confirmed by our official public announcement that renders all core Swipe Pulse & chat functions unavailable for more than 5 consecutive working days.
4. Final Discretion
TechPulse Commerce reserves the absolute right to judge the validity of all refund and cancellation applications. This policy is supplementary to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, governed by the laws of India.

A: Bolpulse is an online dating social platform operated by TechPulse Commerce with exclusive Swipe Pulse matching system, allowing users aged 18 and above to browse profiles, swipe right to match and start one-on-one chat conversations. Each active chat consumes platform Credits. -
Q2: What are Bolpulse Credits used for?
A: Credits are exclusive virtual credits on our platform. You need to purchase Credits using Indian Rupees to initiate chat after Swipe Pulse match. Credits can only be used for in-platform chat functions and have no monetary value outside Bolpulse. -
Q3: Can I withdraw unused Credits into my bank account for cash?
A: No. Credits are non-withdrawable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. You cannot convert Credits to cash, transfer Credits to another user’s account, gift or resell Credits to any third party. -
Q4: Can I get a refund if I bought Credits but rarely used them?
A: Generally, purchased Credits are non-refundable. Refunds are only offered for verified system failures where Credits failed to be credited after successful payment deduction. Personal reasons such as unused Credits or unsatisfactory Swipe Pulse matching results are not eligible for refunds. -
Q5: What happens to my Credits if I delete my Bolpulse account?
A: Once your account deletion request is approved, all remaining Credits will be permanently cleared and cannot be redeemed or refunded. We suggest you consume your Credits before applying for account cancellation. -

A: You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use our service. Underage users will have their accounts banned immediately. -
Q7: Who can I chat with on Bolpulse?
A: You can initiate chat with any user you mutually Swipe Pulse right with, and each active chat will deduct Credits according to official rules. -
Q8: Is my personal chat information protected?
A: We adopt high-standard data encryption to protect your profile and chat content. Your chat records can only be accessed by you and your match, we will never disclose your private data without your legal consent. -
Q9: How to apply for a refund for failed Credits top-up?
A: Submit your order number, payment screenshot and detailed fault description to [email protected] within 7 days of transaction. Our team will verify your request and process the refund if a confirmed system error is identified.
